Terry Stavnyck stands firm against justice-system malfeasance

On February 17, 2011, The Train's Denis Rancourt interviewed Ottawa resident and long-time peace activist Terry Stavnyck. (Background print media story HERE.)

The theme of the interview was Terry's legal battle against absurdly false criminal charges being carried by a Crown that logically must be either criminally incompetent or ethically challenged, in this reporter's opinion.

The 128 pound practicing pacifist who has multiple sclerosis and now walks with a cane is accused of striking a muscle-bound Parliament Hill security guard in the groin no less than four times, in the face of contradictory video evidence and medical examination report of the guard - all this while he was being brutally attacked by two such guards...
